Vessel routing measures (TSS, fairways, precautionary areas)

IMO-adopted and USCG vessel routing measures in U.S. waters (327 polygons by routetype: traffic lanes, separation zones, precautionary areas, fairways, areas to be avoided, two-way and recommended routes, particularly sensitive sea areas), with the cfrsection and citation that establish each. The id is the source OBJECTID.
